7,439 Additional NUP Vacant Positions

The seven thousand four hundred thirty nine (7,439) new positions are intended to be utilized as crime registrars in the police stations. Hence, all appointees to the said positions must be assigned at the police stations of their appointment. The new positions are distributed in the different police stations in the different Police Regional Offices, broken down as follows:

 Requirements:

1. New Applicants (Original Appointment)

All applicants must submit two (2) sets of folders containing the following duly authenticated documents by the issuing agency/office with the corresponding receipt of payments:

  1. Letter of Application;
  2. Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212-Revised 2005);
  3. Transcript of Record and Diploma;
  4. Certificate of Eligibility;
  5. Certificate of Training;
  6. Certificate of Employment;
  7. NBI Clearance (1 original and 1 authenticated copy);
  8. NSO Birth Certificate (1 original and 1 authenticated copy);
  9. NSO Marriage Certificate, if applicable (1 original and 1 authenticated copy).

2. In-Service Applicants (Promotion/Change/in Item/Plantilla Position)

a. Affidavit of Undertaking - In case there are in-service applicants (NUP) who may apply to the vacant positions, they shall be required to execute an Affidavit of Undertaking that in case they will be appointed to the position they are applying to they must report to the office/unit of their appointment and shall not in any way solicit intervention for their retention to their current office/unit of assignment prior to their appointment to the new positions.

b. Two (2) sets of folders containing the following duly authenticated documents by the issuing agency/office with the corresponding receipt of payments:

    1. Letter of Application;
    2. Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212-Revised 2005);
    3. Attested Appointment (KSS Form Blg 33) of current appointment/position;
    4. Transcript of Record and Diploma;
    5. Certificate of Eligibility;
    6. Certificate of Training; and
    7. Individual Performance Evaluation Rating (IPER) for the last two semesters prior to the application.
